Nestled in the Scottish Highlands, Auch is 110 square kilometres of untamed wilderness. We are one of the largest remaining hill farms in Scotland. Here, our 8,500 sheep and cattle roam freely, sharing this rugged, beautiful landscape with deer, eagles and other native fauna. With seven munros, six corbetts, and the majestic Loch Lyon, Auch is truly a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. The estate’s historic lodge and farmhouses have been thoughtfully rebuilt into ten modern, homely cottages—designed for individuals, couples, and families seeking an authentic Highland experience.

Trail Cabins at Auch Village
Whether you’re bagging munros or walking the West Highland Way, we know the dedication and energy that your endeavour demands. The Station at Auch Village offers simple but cosy en-suite rooms designed with hikers in mind. We also know how hungry you’ll be after a day on the trail, which is why we offer complimentary convenience meals for our Station guests.

Most of our cottages and Trail Cabin En-suite Rooms are pet-friendly. On each Property Page, you’ll see a Pet-Friendly tag where applicable.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you all the details 48 hours before arrival. This includes check-in and check-out times, directions to the estate, and a few helpful tips for your stay.

Auch Estate is a beautiful remote wilderness, so we recommend bringing groceries with you before arrival. However, if you need supplies last minute, there are two convenience stores nearby in Tyndrum (10 minutes / 7 km):

- The Green Welly Stop
Supermarkets can be found in Killin or Oban.
